See a Show
“SPREAD THE LOVE AROUND” — “This is how to do it!” Mother Superior (Monica M. Wemitt) says of the Bible and Deloris Van Cartier (Aneesa Folds) says of singing in “Sister Act”, at The Mac-Haydn Theatre in nearby Chatham, NY August 11 through 21.   Deloris needs a safe place to hide, and where could be safer than the convent?  Hilarious things happen as Mother Superior tries to tame the would-be singer while Deloris tries to tune up the convent choir.  “Sister Act” is based on the blockbuster hit movie, and the songs perfectly fit the story: “Fabulous, Baby!, It’s Good to Be A Nun, Sunday Morning Fever” and “Here Within These Walls”.   For further information and reservations, call 518-392-9292 or visit www.machaydntheatre.org.
