On Monday, June 3, we were thrilled to head over to Copake and celebrate the grand reopening of the Copake Rapid Care Center.  The Rapid Care Center was established in 2016 at 283 Mountainview Road in Copake and was unfortunately forced to close in 2022.  Happily, the center has now reopened!

The Rapid Care Center’s new hours of operations are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Also, co-located in the same building is CMH’s primary care practice, Callan Family Care, led by Dr. Dorinda Midwood, which provides services by appointment Monday through Thursday.

Columbia Memorial Health has served the Hudson Valley since 1893.
