Chamber Recognizes Business Excellence
The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce announced the award recipients ofthe 2012 Excellence in Business Awards and Showcase on Thursday, June 21, 2012. The Business Showcase and Awards Ceremony were attended by over 100 local business people where all the nominees and award recipients were recognized.
Nominees for this year’s awards were for Business Person of the Year: Lisa Light, Destination Bride; Otto Leuschel, Otto’s Market/Germantown; Dan Gibson, Grazin’ Farm to Table-Direct For Most Promising New Business: Couturier N.A. LLC; Crossroads Food Shop; Won Dharma Center. For Small Company of the Year: VanKleeck’s Tire Service; Hudson Cruises, Inc.; SunDog Solar. For Large Company of the Year: Whittier Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center; Saturn Industries, Inc.; Hawthorne Valley Association. For Community Service Award: Lori Selden, Mexican Radio; Michael Molinski, Photographics Solution; Linda Fix, Fix Bros. Inc.
