This workshop provides a “customer service tune-up” and valuable reminders for a competitive edge and more job satisfaction. Customer service providers in all sectors of our community, will be given tips and tools on how to focus on, and communicate with, your most valuable asset: your customers. Account executives, bankers, hotel and restaurant workers, health care, cashiers, managers, entrepreneurs, sales professionals … ANYONE who communicates with customers … will find this workshop beneficial.

You’ll also learn some easy-to-apply techniques to help you successfully manage moods and stress (staying conscious, cool, calm and collected) as you serve your customers, clients and community.

Jerry Posner is a creative, dynamic speaker and training specialist. In the early 1990′s, he founded and co-published The Positive Times magazine and hosted a weekly radio show, “Positive Radio.”  His books include, “Attention Late Bloomers: You’re Right On Time!” which was published in 2006; and “Eternal Cosmic Wisdom at Bargain Basement Prices,” published in 2011.  Jerry, his wife Lynne, and their canine companions make their home in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
