We spend January 1 walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives… not looking for flaws, but for potential.” – Ellen Goodman

The Most Overlooked Cash Flow Strategy in Business:  Using your existing assets to lower your taxable income and increase cash flow – January 27, 2016  – On Wednesday, January 27 at the Chamber from 8:30 – 9:30 am Christie Ellis of Cost Segregation Advisors LLC will have a workshop. Owners and leaseholders of buildings purchased, constructed, enlarged or refurbished since 12/31/86 with building costs in excess of $500K or leasehold improvements in excess of $250K can benefit. Depreciation of certain costs can be accelerated to as little as 5 years, which decreases your tax burden and increases your cash flow.  How impactful is Cost Segregation?  It can make or break your business. CSA completed a project for a startup dental office. We delivered $19K in savings – greater than an entire year’s worth of rent for this client’s office.  Participants will learn if cost segregation is suited for their business and will receive a FREE estimate of value.  This seminar is also useful to real estate and financial service providers – architects, construction, real estate agents, commercial bankers, accountants, financial planners – whose businesses frequently use our services to win bids, or to increase offerings to existing clients.  Charting your Course to Financial Gain.  To register call the Chamber a t518-828-4417 or email
