Jason Walch been a lifelong resident of Columbia County. He is an Associate Broker/Sales Manager with Coldwell Banker Advisor Realty with over 25 years of combined experience working in both the real estate and mortgage industries.
Jason has served as a past President of the Columbia-Greene Board of Realtors and the Columbia-Greene Northern Dutchess Multiple Listing Service. He is a past Director of the New York State Association of Realtors. Jason has also been honored to be a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year award from the Columbia-Greene Board of Realtors.
