Mediation and third party meeting Facilitation: A community based dispute resolution process that every business should consider when faced with workplace conflicts and business planning dilemma. MHow does your business deal with employee conflicts or unsatisfied customers’ complaints? Community Dispute Resolution Centers, such as Common Ground, offer low cost Mediation services that may offer a solution to some of the workplace conflicts that bring you great stress. There will be a review of how mediation operates and what types of conflicts may be resolved through mediation. A review of active and reflective listening skills will be included in the presentation to attendees. Such skills, when employed, can be useful for individuals to help prevent conflicts based in miscommunication.
