Leadership Columbia-Greene

Leadership Columbia-Greene is a dynamic, community-based program designed to develop informed, action-oriented leaders to meet the future challenges of our area.

A community, like a business, can only operate well when people are willing to step forward and take leadership roles. The new Leadership Columbia-Greene program of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce has been designed to prepare emerging leaders to lead their business and community.

The Leadership Columbia-Greene program offers an opportunity for individuals to develop leadership, team building, and strategic thinking skills. As participants explore styles, examine options, establish relationships, and participate in networking opportunities they make a valuable contribution to their employer, organization, and the community.

For over 20 years there have been Leadership Programs in Columbia and Greene Counties. This year, under the leadership of the Columbia and Greene County Chambers, the programs have been combined to establish the most dynamic local program yet.
